  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    It usually takes 2-5 working days for the order to reach its destination. However, it can take additional time in rare or special cases since we take utmost precautions to provide you with your dream apparel in its best condition. Kindly write to us at hello@ropestitch.com for more information.
  • How can I know that my order is confirmed?
    You will receive a confirmation on your registered email ID or phone number. We will keep you updated throughout all the stages until it reaches your doorstep.
  • What happens if the order does not get delivered on time?
    In case the order takes more than 7-10 working days, kindly write us on hello@ropestitch.com. We will ensure that your order reaches you without any further delay.
  • How do I choose the right size for me?

  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes, we accept cash on delivery.
  • What payment options are available during checkout?

  • What should I do if my payment fails?

  • What should I do if the amount for the order gets deducted from my bank account without the order being confirmed?
    In such cases, we will manually confirm your order by contacting you through your registered email ID or mobile number. If no confirmation is raised from our side, kindly contact us at hello@ropestitch.com within 5 working days.
  • How do I exchange and return a product?
    We're really sorry that our product was not up to your expectations. In case of exchange or return kindly raise a query on hello@ropestitch.com within 5 days of placing the order. We'll send our staff to pick up the product. When the returned purchase is received and examined, we will send you an email notifying you whether we have approved or rejected your returned item. In the case of approved returns, the sum value of the purchase will be credited to your registered bank account within 7-10 working days.   • Within how many days can I return/exchange an order?

  • How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
    After the returned purchase is received and examined, we will send you an email notifying you whether we have approved or rejected your returned item.     To cancel your order, kindly contact us within 60 minutes of placing the order. The order cannot be canceled if it has been shipped from our warehouse.
